Caridon know how important it is to make sure that you get the most from your properties financial earnings.   We make certain the tenants that rent your property are suitable and will take care of your property whilst they are living there.   In the event that something does go wrong, for example the tenant refuses to pay the rent, we will ensure that it is dealt with quickly and efficiently at our own cost.

Guaranteed Rent Services

Portfolio Management Service We assist landlords in building and managing their portfolios. From a single letting property to whole blocks of flats, your Caridon portfolio manager will take the responsibility for all property-related issues. Caridon will conduct all of the necessary work that is required to find a suitable tenant by using our extensive database and advertising resources.  We will not only match the tenants’ suitability to your property but will conduct all the necessary credit checks and paperwork to get the property occupied quickly.  We will then manage and maintain the property on your behalf over the course of the contract period. To best manage the income and mortgage payments of your portfolios, we will make one payment on an agreed day each month for all your properties.
