"One Oak is an experienced property maintenance and development company with many years experience of providing timely and quality services to landlords, estate agents and aspiring property developers.

Our core experience ranges from providing efficient and cost effective solutions to the day to day problems for example of bathroom leaks, changing of locks to installing new kitchens and bathrooms, etc. We are good at balancing the demands of the tenants with the requirements of the landlords as we have personal experience of maintaining our own properties. We are fully acquainted with all the necessary certifications in respect of Gas, Electricity and Energy Performance and have the team with the right qualifications to provide the same.

One Oak has reasonable experience in carrying out conversions of houses into flats and new build – mainly residential. We have to date, carried out a number of new builds which range from 5 to 7 flats. We have a team of experience architects, building surveyors and builders with NHBC registration.

One of our key strengths is the quality of plumbers, electricians and general builders who work with us. We do not compromise on this and have strict criteria in selecting the people we work with, coupled with ongoing monitoring of services delivered."
