Caridon Property Wins ESTAS Gold for the Tenth Year
27th October 2026
Caridon Property has won Gold at the ESTAS for the tenth consecutive year, taking two awards at the 23rd ESTAS Awards: Gold for the South East (Surrey) in the Lettings Agent Tenant Award 2026, and Best in County 2026 for Lettings (Tenants) in Surrey.
The ESTAS are the UK's leading independent awards for estate and letting agents, and winners are chosen from verified customer reviews. Both of Caridon Property's awards came from feedback given by our tenants.
New tenants often mention the welcome. "I'm a new resident tenant and I have had a great welcoming, lots of information," one wrote this year. "I have raised a few maintenance requests, which have been dealt with promptly."
Long-standing residents take part too. "I have lived with Caridon for roughly over eight years," said another. "I would recommend this company to anyone."
Lora Bencheikh, Joint Group Managing Director, said: "I'm so grateful to everyone who made this happen. Winning Gold at the ESTAS for the tenth year in a row is something we never take for granted. Behind every review is a member of our team who helped someone settle into a new home, sorted out a problem, or simply took the time to listen. I want to thank each of them for the care they show every day, and thank our tenants for taking the time to share their experiences with us. We'll keep listening, keep improving, and keep working hard to earn their trust."
Both trophies now sit in our office, and the reviews for next year's awards are already coming in.
