Mario Carrozzo makes top ten business game-changers

Mario Carrozzo, CEO of Caridon Group, has been named one of the top ten business game-changers by Kizzi Nkwocha, publisher of Business Game Changer Magazine, The Property Investor, and Money and Finance Magazine.
In setting out the criteria, Nkwocha described a game-changing business owner as someone who spots an opportunity others overlook, whether that means meeting an unmet demand or transforming how an existing business performs. The qualities he singled out were self-belief, hard work, and a willingness to adapt as the market teaches its lessons, alongside the resilience to weigh advice carefully without being knocked off course by scepticism.
Mario founded Caridon in 2009 to address the shortfall in social housing supply, and the group now works with more than 30 local authorities to deliver interim, emergency, and long-term accommodation.
